Term 2 Geology Fieldtrip
During Term 2 our inquiry has been about learning about our local history and stories, and with that the local geology of Taranaki. Our students have been inquiring into the stories and people that sit behind our four house colours, of Patuha, Matekai, Koru and Wairau. This is a slide show of our learning about the local geology, mostly volcanics, as walked from Tapuae back to Oakura Beach.
